Context
ZeTchin needed a platform letting event organizers — talent contests, cultural festivals, schools — launch a voting campaign or sell digital tickets in minutes, and get paid without relying on traditional banking.
Problem
Card payments are marginal across much of West Africa, and no existing voting or ticketing tool integrated natively with mobile money — forcing organizers to reconcile payments manually across multiple countries and currencies.
Solution
We built a web platform with native mobile money payment rails, real-time vote and ticket-sales counters over WebSockets, and QR-code based distribution and check-in — deployed across seven countries including Benin, Togo, and Côte d'Ivoire from a single codebase.
