Vertex Logistics runs a regional delivery fleet of 300+ vehicles and was relying on manual radio check-ins to track shipments.
Problem
Dispatchers had no live visibility into vehicle location or delays, causing missed delivery windows and reactive, not proactive, customer communication.
Solution
We built a React Native driver app with offline-first sync and a live dispatcher dashboard, backed by a Go event pipeline processing GPS pings at scale.
